ROBIN is looking for an ambitious customer success manager who will be responsible for turning our new ROBIN sign-ups and free users into successful and long-term paying customers. You will analyze statistics and customer feedback to make sure that the ROBIN experience is excellent. You are analytical, have good writing skills and a keen sense for achieving business goals. We’re looking for someone who has some experience in online and e-mail marketing and has delivered tangible results in marketing and sales.

Our target customer is an online retailer with 1 to 20 employees. They use one of the leading ecommerce platforms for small and mid-sized web shops like Magento, Shopify, Bigcommerce, SEOshop, etc. ROBIN will be listed in the Appstore or Marketplace of these partners. With sophisticated integrations we connect ROBIN with the ecommerce platform, by providing all the necessary order details in our adaptive information panel.

We are looking for the one who is able to:

Develop and execute a customer success driven communication strategy that delivers: Customer Satisfaction, full use of ROBIN features, growth of additional users and/or add-ons. You will also provide feedback to our development team to improve customer experience or pitch new product ideas.

Boost the presence of ROBIN and our active customers in our partner ecosystem, get connected, start building a network, get involved in the latest discussions;

Analyzing business data from our databases and external tools like Kissmetrics.com and Intercom.io and turn the results into smart actions;

Create e-mailings our customers love to read, in-app messages, whitepapers or online courses and create ideas for other instruments as customer video’s and tutorials;

The ideal profile:

Customer & Result driven
Practical Online and/or E-mail Marketing experience (2-5 years)
Experienced in (online / e-mail) marketing and communication for a Software company (even better: a SaaS company, or familiar with SaaS)
Experienced in Analytics driven communication
You can illustrate prior success
Good analytical skills and skills in writing/speaking Dutch and English
Like to work in a startup environment with lot of opportunities to pursue
Bachelor degree
You’re very comfortable with technology & the web and social media savvy

This would also be nice:

Entrepreneurial spirit
Have experience with A/B testing
